Welcome to Lil’s Art Studio. 
By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

The website is operated by Lil’s Art Studio, based in Norway.

Original artworks are created by Lil’s Art Studio. Prints (canvas, posters, and limited editions) are made to order and fulfilled through professional print partners to ensure high quality and safe worldwide delivery.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. Products

We offer original oil paintings, canvas prints, posters, and limited edition prints.

Each product description includes size, materials, and availability.

Original artworks are unique, while prints are produced to order, either in limited or open editions.

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable once the creative process has begun.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK), which is the official operating currency of Lil’s Art Studio. If you are shopping from another country, your payment provider may automatically convert the amount into your local currency at the applicable exchange rate.

 

Prices include VAT (MVA) where applicable, in accordance with Norwegian tax regulations.

 

Payments are processed securely via trusted payment providers.

 

The customer is responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges when ordering internationally.

 

All prices are listed in NOK. If your local currency differs, the final amount may vary slightly due to your bank’s exchange rate or conversion fees. Lil’s Art Studio is not responsible for currency conversion differences applied by your payment provider.

 

4. Import Duties and Taxes

 

We do our best to make international delivery smooth and hassle-free. However, please note that in some countries additional import duties or local taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Lil’s Art Studio. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by customs in the destination country.

 

Lil’s Art Studio shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in transportation or communication.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We provide free worldwide shipping for all prints — including posters, canvas prints, and limited editions.

Free delivery is available for original artworks within the Oslo area (Norway) only.

For all other destinations, shipping costs for original artworks are covered by the customer and calculated individually based on size, packaging, and shipping location.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Because prints are produced to order, cancellations are only possible if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, and images on this website are the intellectual property of Lil’s Art Studio.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Norwegian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Norway.
