At Lil’s Art Studio, we want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please read the information below regarding shipping times, taxes, and packaging.
1. Shipping Times
Original artworks are carefully packed in protective crates or boxes and shipped worldwide. Please note that delivery can take up to 30 business days once dispatched. If your delivery date is important, please inform us in advance.
Posters, canvas prints, and limited editions are produced to order and shipped via professional print partners. Production and shipping times vary by destination:
-
- 2–7 business days (Norway)
- 5–12 business days (Europe)
- 7–14 business days (Worldwide)
Delivery time includes order processing, production, and shipping. Estimated times may vary and are not guaranteed. Please use the shipping time frames provided at checkout as estimates only, not guarantees.
2. Taxes and Duties
- Original artworks: Original paintings are shipped worldwide.
Delivery within the Oslo area (Norway) is free of charge. For all other destinations, shipping costs are covered by the customer and calculated individually following the purchase, based on the artwork’s size, packaging, and destination.
All original artworks are insured for their full value to ensure safe delivery. Insurance cost is included in the shipping quote provided to the customer after purchase. Lil’s Art Studio takes great care to package and protect each artwork, and all shipments are covered against loss or damage during transit.
International customers are also responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country. These additional charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- Prints (posters, canvas, limited editions): We provide free worldwide shipping.
Prices are not subject to VAT. Import duties or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Packaging
Original artworks are packed in protective crates or reinforced boxes to ensure safe international delivery.
Posters are shipped in different packaging depending on size and destination. Flat packaging is used for posters up to A4, and tubes for posters above A4. Some exceptions apply: mailing tubes are used in DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT, and triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada, and Brazil. Framed posters are delivered within frames, pre-packed with corner protectors and wrapping, then placed in a box with reinforced edges.
Canvas prints are packaged with reinforced edges and wrapped in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional safety. Framed canvas prints are securely packed with corner protection and protective plastic.
4. Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, any re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
An invoice confirming the purchase will be provided electronically after the order is placed.

Some moments don’t need words — they speak through colors. My art is about what cannot be explained, but can be felt.
