1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we provide free worldwide shipping. In rare cases, certain destinations may be restricted due to local regulations — if that happens, just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product and destination:

• 2–7 business days (Norway)
• 5–12 business days (Europe)
• 7–14 business days (Worldwide)
  
  These time frames include order processing, production, and shipping.

3. Are delivery times guaranteed?

No, delivery times are estimates only, as they can be affected by local carriers or customs. If your delivery date is important, please reach out before placing your order.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.

5. How long does production take before shipping?

All prints are produced to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping begins.

6. How are posters packaged?

Posters up to A4 are shipped flat; larger posters are shipped in tubes. Depending on the country, we may use mailing tubes (DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT) or triangular/rectangular tubes (US, Canada, Brazil).

7. How are framed posters shipped?

Framed posters arrive ready to hang. Frames are pre-packed with corner protectors and wrap, then placed in sturdy boxes with reinforced edges.

8. How are canvas prints packaged?

Canvas prints are packed with reinforced edges and wrapped in bubble wrap or kraft paper for extra safety. Framed canvases include corner protection and protective plastic.

9. How are original artworks shipped?

Original oil paintings are carefully packed in protective crates or reinforced boxes to ensure safe international delivery.

10. Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

Please note that colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings. Such variations are not defects but part of the natural difference between digital displays and physical artworks.

11. Do I have to pay import taxes or customs duties?

Taxes and duties are included in the final price for orders shipped to Norway, EU, UK, Switzerland, US, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, and Singapore. For other destinations, local duties or taxes may apply.

12. What happens if my package is delayed by customs?

If your package is held at customs, please check with your local customs office, as we cannot influence these procedures. We will, however, provide any shipment details you may need to help resolve the issue.

13. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. A replacement or refund will be offered, depending on the case.

14. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

No. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal taste, or subjective expectations.

15. Can I return or exchange a gift?

Gifts can only be returned under the same policy: if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

16. What if I entered the wrong address?

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information. 

17. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because prints are produced to order, cancellations or changes are only possible if your order has not yet entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance. Note: production often begins within hours of placing the order.

18. Do you offer express shipping?

At the moment we do not offer express shipping. Please plan your order according to the time frames provided.

19. Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

Currently, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please provide a civilian shipping address when placing your order.

20. Do you offer gift wrapping or personal notes?

We do not currently provide gift wrapping or personal notes.
